Can I cancel my Shopper order?

If your order hasn’t already been processed, you can cancel it by going to Account, then Order History. Click on the order you wish to cancel, and you will find a “cancel order” option at the top. Select a reason for your cancel from the dropdown menu.

We don't have a way for you to cancel your order after it's been already been processed. For help initiating a return once your order arrives, please contact ipsyCare ASAP.
