I moved and didn’t get my Glam Bags

Make sure you update your address by logging into ipsy.com and click "Account" → "Edit Account Settings" → "Membership" to enter your new shipping info.

NOTE: All address changes must be made before the 1st of the month to be effective for that month.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your package(s) shipped and you still haven't seen any updates, please contact IPSY Care for assistance. Don't forget to confirm your shipping address in your message!
