Why can't I see this month's Glam Bag in my account after upgrading to Glam Bag Plus?

We’re experiencing some technical issues, and we’re working to get this resolved. If you’ve been billed and your bag hasn’t been personalized for you yet, you won’t be able to see the current month’s Glam Bag on ipsy.com.

Don’t worry, you’ll still receive your Glam Bag in the mail if you haven’t already. You’ll continue to be billed for your Glam Bags until you’re moved into an active Glam Bag Plus membership.
