How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information by logging into and clicking on “Account”. From there, you can go to "Edit account settings" and update your information under "Billing".

If you update your payment details while our billing cycle is open (during the first half of the month), you'll see an option to process your payment instantly yourself so you don't have to wait until our next automated attempt to be billed for the current month's Glam Bag.

We always bill at the beginning of the month, so in order to receive your Glam Bag as scheduled, be sure to have accurate information on file and sufficient funds in your account by 12pm PST on the last day of the month in preparation for the upcoming month.

If payment isn’t successful on our first try, we’ll send you a notification so you can resolve any issues. We'll make several more attempts to collect payment until our billing period ends (usually after the middle of the month).
