How can I change my ipsy email preferences?
ipsy members get Glam Bag tracking and order status emails, as well as promo emails, like our daily Offers (flash sale discounts).
If you’re not getting our emails, please make sure your ipsy.com email address is up to date (visit ipsy.com → "Account" → "Edit Account Settings" → “Edit Email Address”).
Be sure to check your Spam folders and mark email@example.com as a safe sender. If that doesn’t work, please contact ipsyCare so we can help.
To unsubscribe from our marketing emails:
Scroll to the bottom of any ipsy email and find this line:
"If you don't want to receive messages from us, let us know."
Click on the "let us know" link, and your email address will be remove from our marketing mailing list within 10 days.
You won't receive any marketing emails from us, but please be aware that you'll still receive Glam Bag-related emails like your tracking info.
