How can I change my ipsy email preferences?

ipsy members get Glam Bag tracking and order status emails, as well as promo emails, like our daily Offers (flash sale discounts).

If you’re not getting our emails, please make sure your ipsy.com email address is up to date (visit ipsy.com "Account"  "Edit Account Settings" → “Edit Email Address”).

Be sure to check your Spam folders and mark ipsy@ipsy.com as a safe sender. If that doesn’t work, please contact ipsyCare so we can help.

To unsubscribe from our marketing emails:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of any ipsy email and find this line:
    "If you don't want to receive messages from us, let us know."

  2. Click on the "let us know" link, and your email address will be remove from our marketing mailing list within 10 days.

We don't have a way for you to opt out of only certain kinds of marketing emails from us, so if you unsubscribe from emails, please be aware that we won't be able to send you any Glam Bag related emails like your tracking info.
