How does shipping work?

We’re currently shipping to the U.S. (including its territories, PO Boxes, and APO, DPO, and FPO boxes) and Canada (including its territories and military locations).

In the U.S., Glam Bags are currently sent via DHL or FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. In Canada, Glam Bags are sent from the U.S. via Landmark Global. We’re constantly exploring options to ensure that we’re delivering you the absolute best service each month.

Glam Bags leave our warehouse mid-month, and usually arrive 7-10 business days after they ship. We'll always replace any bag that doesn't arrive within 14 business days of being shipped, free of charge. We ship in batches, and delivery time can vary each month, so your Glam Bag could arrive the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of the month. You’ll always receive a tracking email so you can follow your bag’s progress.
Details on non-continental U.S. states and territories:
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington deliveries work like any other state, but the delivery times are usually a bit longer.
  • Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands are unincorporated U.S. territories. As such, the process to ship is a bit more complicated for us, and delivery times may be considerably longer.  
  • Some Glam Bags may take longer to arrive based on the product mix and shipping restrictions. For example, certain items classified as "ORM-D" (aerosol spray cans, perfumes, nail polish) are considered to be potentially hazardous to ship via air so we ship them via sea freight, which can take a bit longer.
