Starting mid-March, we'll be moving current BoxyCharm members over to IPSY—everything you need will be on IPSY.com, including some new, added benefits! You’ll be notified via email when your access to the IPSY site is open.
Once your account information is moved over to IPSY.com, you’ll be able to manage all your accounts safely and securely at IPSY.com using your same BoxyCharm login details. However, if you're also a current IPSY member, you’ll use your IPSY login details to access your account (instead of your BoxyCharm login details). As always, your payment information and data will be kept safe and secure. Feel free to change your login details and payment information after you log in, if you'd like!
Starting in April, you can expect the same great BoxyCharm membership—now with a simplified BoxyCharm name and extra perks you won’t be able to resist. You'll still get 5 full-size, personalized beauty products worth up to $200 for only $28/month, and 24/7 insider access to unbeatable deals, including the quarterly Mega Drop Shop you know and love. You'll also continue receiving your shipping information mid-month.
You can also expect some changes:
- Billing: Your membership will now be renewed on the last day of the month (unless you cancel by 12pm PT that day), starting with your April shipment. You'll be billed for your April shipment on March 31st.
- If you have a 3-month, 6-month, or annual subscription: If you signed up for a 3-month or 6-month prepaid subscription, it will transfer over to IPSY.com as a month-to-month membership, but any remaining prepaid months will still be carried over and honored for the duration of the prepaid term. If you’re on an annual (12-month) subscription, your annual plan will auto-renew at the year mark.
- Beauty Quiz: Dont worry, we’ll still use your BoxyCharm quiz data and order history for your new program, but we recommend taking the IPSY Beauty Quiz to help ensure your box is as personalized as possible. We’re taking personalization to the next level!
- Choice: Every month, you’ll now choose 3 (!) products and receive 2 additional products customized to your beauty preferences called Power Picks, plus your additional premium Beauty Boost item. The Choice period happens between the 2nd - 3rd each and every month.
- Monthly Power Picks: You'll receive at least 2 Power Picks each month as part of your 6-product assortment, which are superstar products or brands you’ll love (handpicked by our team of experts). These beauty faves will make your entire monthly subscription worth every penny, and combined with the 3 products you get to choose, your box has never been more you.
- Box reveal: See exactly what you’re getting every month with a full box reveal before it lands on your doorstep! Your products will be revealed directly in your account on the 2nd to 3rd of each month.
- Shop: You'll be able to shop Add-Ons (epic deals starting at just $3.50) each month, that ship free with your box! You'll also have access to IPSY Flash, your golden ticket to coveted faves at incredible prices (up to 80% off). Plus, score unheard-of deals in our 24/7 IPSY Shop.
- IPSY App: You'll now have access to the IPSY App directly on your mobile device to manage your account, choose your products, and shop safely and securely on-the-go.
- Monthly discounts: Don't worry, you'll still have access to exclusive discounts directly with BoxyCharm brands, but you can now find them here.
