Starting mid-March, we'll be moving current BoxyCharm members over to IPSY—everything you need will be on IPSY.com, including some new, added benefits! You’ll be notified via email when your BoxyCharm account has been moved over.
Once your account information is moved over to IPSY.com, you’ll be able to manage all your accounts safely and securely at IPSY.com using your IPSY login details to access your account (instead of your BoxyCharm login details). As always, your payment information and data will be kept safe and secure. Feel free to change your login details and payment information after you log in, if you'd like!
If you have annual memberships with both IPSY and Boxy, here's what you can expect:
Annual Glam Bag Plus and Boxycharm Base:
Any remaining monthly credits on your annual BoxyCharm Base membership and annual Glam Bag Plus membership will be combined and applied to your new BoxyCharm by IPSY membership.
For example:
- Your annual BoxyCharm Base membership still has 2 monthly credits remaining
- Your current annual Glam Bag Plus membership has 5 monthly credits
- Therefore, you will receive the remaining total of 7 monthly shipments with your 5 full-size products
Annual Glam Bag Plus and Boxycharm Base + Premium:
Your Glam Bag Plus, BoxyCharm Base, and BoxyCharm Premium memberships will be combined into one BoxyCharm + Beauty Boost membership. You’ll continue to receive 6 full-size items every month, and you will not be charged until your monthly credits from your annual BoxyCharm Premium membership run out.
- Any remaining monthly credits on your annual BoxyCharm Base membership and annual Glam Bag Plus membership will be combined and applied to your new BoxyCharm by IPSY membership (5 full-size products per month)
- You will just be charged $15 each month for your Beauty Boost -- one additional high-delight, full-size product worth $40+ (a guaranteed savings of 60% off or more) unless you choose to cancel
Please keep in mind that refunds will not be issued for any remaining credits, since they will all be transferred over to your IPSY account.
