When you redeem a points item, it’ll arrive in your next shipment. However, if you redeem it after 11:59 PM PT on the 25th of the month, it will be included in the following month's shipment. For example, if you redeem a points item at 5 p.m. PT on January 31st, you'll get that points item with your March shipment.
