Redeeming your subscription is quick and easy! Whether you’re new to us or already part of the IPSY community, here’s how it works:
If you’re a new member…
Welcome! After receiving your gift, you’ll get a confirmation email with all the exciting details, including which subscription you’re receiving and when it’s expected to arrive. Just follow the instructions on the email!
If you’re currently a member and are gifted a different subscription…
Lucky you–another subscription is coming your way. You’ll also get a confirmation email outlining what’s on the way and when to expect it. Since you already have a payment method on file, you don’t need to enter the details again.

Notes:
- If it's your last month of the gifted subscription and you want to continue your subscription, be sure to add a payment method on file. Otherwise, your subscription will be canceled.
- Once a gift subscription is purchased, we can't refund the gift to the giver or the recipient. The gift recipient can enjoy their subscription for the full duration, and if they ever need help with their account or something goes wrong, IPSY Care is always here to help.
