- Canada: Shipments travel from the U.S. through Landmark Global
- Mexico: Packages are shipped from the U.S. via Mail Americas
2. Delivery Timeline
- Shipments typically leave our warehouse mid-month and usually arrive within 15 business days
- Delivery times vary due to batching, so expect your package in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of the month
- You’ll receive a tracking email to keep an eye on your order’s journey
3. Delivery for Non-Continental U.S., Canada & Territories
- Shipments may take up to 20 business days to arrive
- Alaska & Hawaii: Slightly longer delivery times
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands): Delivery may take longer
- ORM-D items (like certain beauty products) may take longer due to shipping restrictions and may be sent via sea freight
