To update your billing information:
- Log into your IPSY account.
- Click here to view your billing information.
- Select which membership you'd like to view.
- Click "Update Billing Info".
- Enter your billing details.
- Click "Update" to save your changes.
Please note:
- All changes must be made before the 1st of the month to be effective for that month.
- If you have multiple memberships, you'll need to update your payment methods separately.
- If you update your payment details while our billing period is still open, you'll see an option to process your payment instantly.
- If payment isn’t successful on our first try, we’ll send you a notification so you can resolve any issues. We'll make several more attempts to collect payment until our billing period ends.
- If you need to update your billing address, please select "Update billing address".
- If your billing address is different from your shipping address, please make sure to deselect "Update my shipping address to this address" at the bottom.
How to update billing info for Icon Box:
Since this membership replaces your usual monthly bag, you'll need to update the billing information for the base membership that you have. Your base membership would be the Glam Bag or BoxyCharm. Visit your Account tab on IPSY.com to make changes!
How to update billing info for Beauty Boost:
You'll need to update the billing information for your BoxyCharm membership, since Beauty Boost is an upgrade to that membership and uses the same payment method. Visit your Account tab on IPSY.com to make changes!
