1. Signing Up

Your First Charge: When you join, we’ll bill you right away to lock in your spot for this month (or guarantee your first order for next month).

Ongoing Subscription: Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel.
2. Upgrading or Switching Plans

New Plan, New Charge: If you upgrade or switch your plan, we’ll bill you right after you make the change so we can get your next order ready.

IPSY Ultimate Note: IPSY Ultimate is a quarterly treat, so charges for it follow a seasonal schedule.
3. Monthly Billing Schedule

Timing: We process payments on the last business day of each month.

Retries if Needed: If your payment doesn’t go through the first time, we’ll try a few more times in the first half of the month.

Quick Fixes: Update your payment info during the billing cycle, and we’ll try charging you again right away.
4. Annual Billing

Once a Year: If you’re on an annual plan, your renewal happens on the last day of your 12th month—so you can keep the good stuff coming!
Custom Billing Dates

One Standard Schedule: We don’t offer custom billing dates at this time.

Multiple Attempts: If your payment doesn’t go through, we’ll keep trying until mid-month.

Want to Skip a Month? You can skip the upcoming month before 11:59 PM on the 25th of each month.
