When You Sign Up: If there are spots available, we'll bill you upon signing up and send you the current month's bag. If not, you’ll get next month's bag. Keep an eye on your IPSY account for updates about your first bag. Your membership will automatically renew until you cancel.
If You Upgrade or Switch: We'll bill you when you choose to upgrade or switch between our Glam Bag, Glam Bag Plus or Glam Bag X programs and send you next month's shipment. We may send you the current month's bag if there is availability. (As a reminder, Glam Bag X shipments are sent quarterly, so you may get the next quarterly shipment).
Monthly Billing: You’ll be billed automatically on the last day of each month (unless you cancel by 12pm PT that day). If we're not able to collect your payment on our first try, we'll make several more attempts to bill your card in the first few weeks of the month. If you update your payment details while our billing cycle is open, you'll see an option on our website to process your payment instantly yourself so you don't have to wait until our next automated attempt.
Annual Billing: You’ll be billed for another year of Glam Bags on the last day of your last month (unless you cancel before then). You’ll get 12 more months of Glam Bags for the price of 11. For example, if you purchased an annual membership beginning in January 2019 and ending December 2019, we would bill you for your second year (January to December 2020) on December 31st, 2019.
We don't have a way to customize your billing date, so your card will always be automatically billed on the last day of the month.
Even if you don't have funds available then, our system will make several attempts to charge you until our billing period closes around mid-month.
If you'd prefer not to be billed for the upcoming month, you can always skip a month.
