The IPSY Glam Bot is here to help you find quick answers to your questions. Ask us anything—help with your account, shipping and tracking, concerns with orders, and more. If the bot is unable to help, we’ll help you file a ticket to the IPSY Care team.
Here are some tips on how to use the Glam Bot:
1️⃣ Ask your question using simple, nonspecific phrases.
Short and sweet phrases work best. We don’t recommend specific details like item/brand names, billing dates—the bot will collect any additional info as needed.
❌ Don't say, "I ordered a Glam Bag in May and I didn't get the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream."
✅ Do say, "My box is missing an item."
Other examples:
- “Has my box shipped?"
- "I received a damaged item."
- "I was charged twice."
- "When will I be billed?"
- "My payment declined."
- "When is Choice?"
2️⃣ Send one message at a time, one topic at a time.
The bot will address each concern individually, so we recommend sending only one message per topic.
❌ Don’t say, “I received a damaged item in my bag, and also when is Choice?” or send in back-to-back messages
✅Do say, “I received a damaged item," send and complete this first topic. Then ask, "When is Choice?"
3️⃣ Use the “Quick Reply” suggestions that appear in the chat.
Quick Replies allow you to communicate without having to type in messages. These options appear at the bottom of the chat and can be clicked to send a reply.
4️⃣ If you’re not getting much success with the bot, don’t worry—we’ll take care of you!
The Glam Bot is still learning and may not correctly process and answer every question yet. After a few tries, it will file a ticket for you with our IPSY Care team.
