Here are a few tips to get the best experience:
- Keep your questions short and clear.
The Glam Bot works best with simple, direct messages. No need to add too many specifics. If extra info is needed, the bot will ask for it.
❌ Don’t Say: “Hi! I received my order and I love it!! But one of my favorite colors in the palette was damaged!! It was the shade I was most excited about! What can we do?”
✅ Do Say: “My palette arrived damaged.”- Other examples:
- “Has my order shipped?”
- “I’m missing an item.”
- “I was charged twice.”
- “When will I be billed?”
- “My payment didn’t go through.”
