Each quarter, you'll get a curated assortment of products including a full-size supplement, a full-size beauty treatment, a deluxe trial supplement, and a wellness tool. It all starts with choosing the focus that's right for you; no beauty quiz needed!
Making your selection
The window to choose the focus for your box, Hair, Skin, or Total Wellbeing, opens on the 1st of the month your box ships and stays open through the 5th, while supplies last. Each focus will be shown with its own pre-selected assortment of products. Once you've picked your selection, it's locked in for that quarter.
If you miss the window, don't worry. You'll receive the same focus you got last quarter, or we'll select a box based on the preferences you shared at sign-up. If you selected the Hair or Skin box last quarter, and they sell out, you'll receive the Total Wellbeing box instead.
Shipping
Your order gets underway shortly after your billing period closes for the quarter. Once it ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email, and tracking details will be available in your account. A separate tracking confirmation email follows so you always know where your box is along the way.
IPSY Wellness is currently only available for shipment within the United States, including its territories.
Need to make a change?
You're always in control of your subscription. To make any changes or avoid being charged for the next quarter, head to your account and update your subscription by the 25th of the month before your next box ships. After the 25th, any action taken on your subscription will apply to the following quarter.

Given the nature of wellness and personal care products, IPSY Wellness purchases aren't eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, reach out to IPSY Care through our Help Center, and we'll take a look.
