If you’re an IPSY Extra member, you’ll get to choose three of your five full-size products each month. We start by selecting two personalized faves just for you to discover, and then we curate a personalized assortment of products for you to choose from. Finally, you choose the three must-haves you want to get in your next shipment.
If you also have IPSY Ultimate, you'll be able to choose three of the eight products in your personalized assortment every quarter.
When do I choose?
If you’re an IPSY Extra and/or Ultimate member, your Choice takes place monthly from the 1st to the 3rd when you build your box. The Build Your Box period starts at 12 PM PT on the 1st of the month and usually ends at 3 p.m. PT on the 3rd or while supplies last (so be sure to act fast!).
If you happen to miss out, don’t worry! We’ll still match you with the best picks based on your beauty profile.
For new or returning members, eligibility for Build Your Box depends on when your payment was received. If payment was after 3 p.m. PT on the 2nd, you can’t choose for your first month. If it was by 3 p.m. PT on the 1st or 2nd and your order is in Personalization in Progress, you can choose!

Can I change my selection after choosing?
Once you submit your choices, they're locked in for you. Since it's not possible to go back and make changes, be sure to triple-check before confirming! <3
How do I know if my selection is confirmed?
We'll confirm your Choice on IPSY.com after you've chosen, and you'll also receive a confirmation email from us.
