The window to select IPSY Extra and IPSY Ultimate items opens at 12 PM PT on the 1st of the month and usually ends at 3 PM PT on the 4th, or while supplies last.
The IPSY Original Choice date (your bag personalization opportunity) fluctuates from month to month, but you can expect it to happen between the 20th and the 26th. The best way to stay up to date is to check the "Upcoming Events" timeline in your account.
If you happen to miss your window, we’ll match you with the best picks based on your beauty profile.
What happens
Each month, we start by specially curating an assortment of products we think you’ll love in the next month's shipments.
Then, you get to choose your favorites from a personalized selection of items. The number of items you pick depends on the subscription:
- IPSY Original subscribers get to lock in 1 of the 5 items in their bag
- IPSY Extra subscribers claim 3 of the 5 full-size items they get in their order
- IPSY Ultimate subscribers secure 3 of the 8 items they receive quarterly
Finally, we'll confirm your selections along with our expert-curated picks on IPSY.com, and you'll receive a confirmation email from us.
What if I change my mind?
Once you submit, the shipment is locked in for you. Since it's not possible to go back and make changes, be sure to triple-check before confirming!
Note:
- New/Returning IPSY Extra and/or Ultimate eligibility depends on when your payment was received.
- If payment was after 3 p.m. PT on the 2nd, you can’t choose for your first month.
- If it was by 3 p.m. PT on the 1st or 2nd and your order is in Personalization in Progress, you can choose!
