1. Replacement Policy Overview
We’re happy to provide a free replacement for products that are damaged in transit, defective, or missing. Our replacement policy covers you up to 45 days from the shipment date.

3. Missing Items?
Double-check inside the mailer or box. Sometimes, larger items are packed outside the makeup bag, and smaller items can get lost inside the packing material.
- Look for multiple tracking emails. Part of your order may still be in transit.
- Some orders ship in more than one package because:
