We stand by our products and quality, and we do our best to ensure each item is shipped in the safest possible way. We'll replace any product* that is defective, damaged in transit, or missing at no charge—including Add-Ons purchases.
Be sure to check inside your mailer for items—sometimes we place products inside the mailer because it's too big to fit inside the makeup bag.
Looking for a Points item?
When you redeem a Points item, it’ll arrive in your next month’s Glam Bag. If you redeem after 12pm PT on the last day of the month, it will be included in the following month's Glam Bag. For example, if you redeem a Points item at 5pm PT on January 31st, you'll get that Points item with your March Glam Bag.
*Our replacement policy is good for up to 45 days after the shipment date.
