Making sure your orders arrive at the right place is easy! Just follow these steps to adjust or change your address.
1. How to Update Your Address
- Log in to your account on IPSY.com
- Click 'Menu' in the top right corner
- Select 'Manage Account'
- Select the 'Your Subscriptions' tab
- Click on 'Edit Shipping Address' under the address you want to change
- Enter your updated address on the page that opens.
2. Timing Matters!
Be sure to update your address before 11:59 p.m. PT on the 25th of the month to ensure it applies to the upcoming month's shipment. Changes made after that deadline won't take effect until the following month.
