If you have more than one email address, try logging in with a few to make sure you’re using the right one for your IPSY account.
2. Forgot Your Password? Here's How to Reset It:
If you’re sure about your email but can’t remember your password, don’t worry! Just follow these steps:
- Go to IPSY.com/forgotpassword or click "Forgot Password?" on the homepage.
- Enter your IPSY email address and click "Retrieve password."
- Check your email for a message titled “Here’s Your New Temporary IPSY Password!” If it doesn’t show up, check your spam folder or try clearing your browser cookies and cache before trying again.
- Log in using the temporary password (make sure there are no spaces when copying and pasting).
- A prompt will appear asking you to create a new password. Enter the temporary password and set up your new one.
