You can cancel your IPSY subscription anytime.
Just keep in mind that all cancellations must be made by 11:59 p.m. PT on the 25th of the month to be effective for the upcoming month. Cancellations made after that deadline won't take effect until the following month.
If you have multiple subscriptions, you will need to cancel each one individually.
Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account on IPSY.com
- Click 'Menu' in the top right corner
- Select 'Manage Account' followed by 'Your Subscriptions'
- Click the arrow below the subscription you’d like to cancel
- Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts on the page that opens
Once the cancellation is successful, you'll receive a confirmation message on your screen and via email.
