Need a breather or want to change how often your box ships? Options are available right from your account page on IPSY.com.
- Log in to IPSY.com by the deadline*
- Go to the Account section
- Select the subscription you want to update
- Choose the preferred option and follow the on-screen prompts
Already updated, but changed your mind?
Return to the subscription page at any time and select "Resume Your Membership." Once confirmed, your next shipment date and billing date will both update.
A few good things to know:
- *Deadline: All account changes must be made by 11:59 p.m. PT on the 25th of each month to apply to the upcoming shipment. Changes made after the deadline take effect the following month.
- Adjust Frequency: Also available on the subscription page, this option switches shipments to every other month (or back to monthly).
- Annual members and gifted subscriptions: Some account types may not have all cadence options available on-site. Contact IPSY Care for help adjusting shipment frequency or skipping a month.
- IPSY Ultimate: An active base membership is required to maintain quarterly box eligibility.
- Beauty Boost: Pausing IPSY Extra also pauses Beauty Boost. It resumes automatically once IPSY Extra is reactivated.
