Too many beauty products and need a break? No worries at all! Follow these simple steps to skip a month:
1. Log in to IPSY.com
- Start by logging into your IPSY account at IPSY.com prior to the deadline*
2. Navigate to "Account"
- Look for the three lines: typically at the top on a computer or at the bottom on a mobile device.
- Click and select "Account" to access your account details.
3. Select your subscription
- Click or tap on the subcription you would like to update
4. "Skip a Month"
- Select "Skip a Month" and click "Next" to pause your subscription for one month.
5. Your subscription is paused!
- Expect a friendly email reminder before your beauty journey resumes.
Changed your mind?
You can resume your subscription any time!
Simply return to the subscription page via your account details and click on "Resume Your Membership"
Once confirmed you'll see the next month you are set to receive an order and when you can expect to be billed again.
Important Notes:
- * Deadline: All account actions, including skipping a month, must be done prior to 11:59 PM PT on the 25th of each month to be effective for the upcoming month.
- Adjust Frequency: Also found on the 'View Membership' page, this can be opted into in lieu of skipping a month. If selected prior to the deadline (25th of each month at 11:59 PM PT), you will receive shipments every other month beginning with the upcoming month. After the deadline, you'll switch to every other month shipments the following month.
- IPSY Ultimate Members: An active base membership is required to maintain your quarterly box eligibility.
- Beauty Boost Subscribers: If you pause your IPSY Extra, your Beauty Boost will also be on hold. Don’t worry—it will automatically resume once you reactivate your IPSY Extra.
